Marc Hoerner, Jr. heads Hoerner Law, focusing on personal injury cases. His passion for helping clients navigate the legal system stems from a deeply personal experience—an accident he had during law school that changed his life and motivated him to pursue personal injury law. That incident gave him a first-hand understanding of the struggles accident victims face and inspired him to fight for the justice they deserve.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Marc Hoerner, Jr. brings both deep community ties and a wealth of legal experience to his practice. After graduating from Loyola University College of Law, he served as a law clerk and a New Orleans Assistant District Attorney, where he gained significant courtroom experience and witnessed the injustices many face within the legal system. His time as a prosecutor and trial attorney allowed him to develop the sharp legal skills he now applies to personal injury law.

Marc Hoerner, Jr. is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Western District of Texas, as well as the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

In 2021 and in 2024, Marc Hoerner, Jr. was honored as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers in Louisiana, recognizing his excellence in the field.
